Dr Crosby will retire from Carnoustie Medical Group on Thursday 5 July 2012. He will return to the practice the following week on a part-time basis, to work one and a half days per week, for the immediate future.
Due to his limited availability, it will not be possible for him to see his patients as in the past, or to undertake home visits on a regular basis. This work will be undertaken by Dr Mhairi Scott during the coming year.
