Managers

Wendi is responsible for the co-ordination and management of non-clinical aspects of the practice including strategic direction.

Areas included are personnel and training, teambuilding, systems organisation, finance, health and safety, information management, computing and audit, and dealing with deal with complaints and feedback. Wendi joined the practice in November 2021 with nearly 30 years of NHS experience, having spent 19 of them in general practice.

Clare deputises in the absence of the Practice Manager, and is responsible for the day to day operation of the practice as well as GMS Contract responsibilities. She is responsible for group GMS Contract chronic disease management call and recall systems, data and spreadsheet management including updating patient electronic records, the day to day management of the computer system including teaching new staff, and our social media presence.
