About social isolation

The survey
Angus Council would like to invite you to take part in their short online survey to identify what causes people to feel socially isolated and what you would like us to do to help.
The survey is open to those living in the Carnoustie, Monifieth and Sidlaw (CMS) area. By completing the survey you can help understanding of the local issues and how to tackle them more efficiently.
