We are holding a Menopause Virtual Patient Event on 6th December at 4pm. This is a free online event for women aged 42 - 55 who are registered with Carnoustie Medical Group (age at 6th December 2023). During the session, Dr Howe, GP and Jill Maclean, Practice Pharmacist, will provide an informative session on what to expect from the Menopause and how to manage it. You can also ask them any questions you may have. You may currently be experiencing the Menopause or Perimenopause, or it may seem a long way off - either way, this event will help you feel prepared.

We are still seeing a large number of patients who are demanding an urgent ‘on the day’ appointment which is not always necessary. We appreciate our system hasn’t made it easy to request an advance appointment and therefore are trialling a new system from 23rd October and ask for you help in ensuring it runs smoothly. Our aim is always to offer patients the best person within an appropriate timescale following the "right care, right time, right place, and right team" philosophy.
